9th June 2019
Welcome everyone to our services today as we celebrate Pentecost. We extend a special welcome to all visitors. Our Service today is being led by our Minister and during the service we will witness the Baptism of Lou Steele and Nathan Hughes.
We will also welcome John Attwood, Dorothy Davies, Mary Robins and Gwenllian Thomas through Affirmation of Faith as they with Nathan will be received as new members.
Following the service, our English language class friends and associates will join us for a Bring and Share light lunch as we celebrate both Pentecost and Eid.
At 3pm, a family friendly film will be screened for all to enjoy together.
Fairtrade coffee and tea will be served in the hall after this morning’s service, when handmade cards will be on sale and all are welcome to join in this time of informal fellowship.
Please don’t forget to put your ‘small’ change in ‘Copper Pot’, where it will eventually benefit local charities.
Safety Notice. Please be aware that as the Baptistry is open care should be taken and children should be kept away from the area as the water is quite deep.
