  • It is with sadness that we report the death of Jean, just after her 90th birthday. She had not enjoyed good health for sometime but was well supported by her husband and family. She was always cheerful and welcoming to her visitors and we fondly remember her smile and humour. We are fortunate to have known Jean and keep her husband and family in our prayers.
  • Message from a You Tuber – Thank you all for your kind messages, support and prayers during this very difficult time for me. Losing a parent brings grief that one can never really be prepared for.  We had a lovely Funeral service for Dad in Glyntaff on Wednesday, and the two chapels were filled, despite the terrible rain!   It was a great celebration of his life, and while I will miss him terribly, I draw strength in the belief that he is in a better place, reunited with his parents, and at peace.  It was so wonderful to see you all in your new home in Castle Square, and until we meet again, I pray for the congregation, pray for your good health, wish you all a very happy Christmas and a blessed New Year.  Best wishes, Mark.              Mark Crowley

Community Events

  • The Park Ramblers meet at 10.15am every Monday outside B&M for a walk around our beautiful park followed by coffee at The gGtto Lounge.  Walkers will be notified by email of any changes should they arise. All are welcome to join at their own pace or just join for coffee around 11am.  If the weather is very bad they may just go straight for coffee!! What could be better than having a walk, a chat and a coffee to start the week off on a good note. 😊

  • After Christmas would you please pass on any old Christmas cards you wish to recycl, to Jayne Bright as her friend’s granddaughter is collecting them to recycle.
