Grace Abounds

October 25, 2015 / St. David's Uniting / Sermon, Voices
Reverends Doctors Phil Wall and Michael Jagessar!

Reverends Doctors Phil Wall and Michael Jagessar!

We heard a great story from the Caribbean today about Mama God and Papa God and how they created us and the wonderful world that we live in.

Later in the service we learnt how ‘Grace Abounds’ through the story of blind Bartimeus (Mark 10: 46-52) and also through the experiences of our preacher Revd. Dr. Michael Jagessar.  Michael is the Secretary of Racial Justice and Multicultural Ministry for the United Reformed Church and earlier this month he took part in a global interfaith gathering in Salt Lake City.  It sounded amazing, with over 10,000 people representing about 50 faith traditions present.

We go forward in boldness, to accomplish what we thought was not possible to do and share the gifts that have been given to us.
