16th June 2024

We extend a warm welcome to everyone who joins us for worship today, especially if you are a visitor or haven’t been able to join us for some time.

It is always a delight to welcome Rev Aled Edwards to lead our worship, he never fails to inspire us with his thoughts, His theme today will be around ‘Growing’; and we look forward to the words of wisdom he will share with us.

Fair-traded refreshments will be served in the hall following the service. We invite you to join us for this time of informal fellowship when handmade cards will be on sale with all the proceeds going to church funds. There is always a great selection.

Church Family and Pastoral News

We include this in the newsletter to inform our prayers during the week.

  • We continue to hold Sue Skym in our prayers following the tragic passing of her son Matthew on June 4th
  • We keep Ianto, Bethan and the family in our prayers as they are with Ianto’s mam at the hospice.
  • Graham Hill had a fall on Tuesday which sent him to hospital as he needed a few stitches in his head. He stayed overnight and came home Wednesday afternoon.
  • We think of those who are concerned for the health of close family members.
  • We are pleased to report that John Davies is back home and that Jean is improving.
  • Sue Walkling is recovering quite well after her fall, the bruising is now quite colourful!
