6th September 2019
We welcome all who join us for worship this morning especially if you are a visitor or worshiping with us for the first time.
We also welcome Phil back from his holidays for his first morning service with us and celebrate the start of his fifth year as our minister, and we pray that as he leads our worship, we may all know the joy of God’s presence, and experience the challenge of his word to us.
Fairtrade tea and coffee will be served after this morning’s service; please take this opportunity to enjoy some light refreshments in the company of friends. Home-made cards will also be on sale. Take time to look at the range available, all proceeds benefit the church!
As always, the Copper pot is on the table at the back of the church waiting for your coppers, which will eventually benefit local charities.

Thought for the Week
As life becomes harder and more threatening it also becomes richer,
because the fewer expectations we have,
the more good things of life become unexpected gifts
that we accept with gratitude.
