We extend a warm welcome to everyone who joins us for worship today.
We especially welcome Dave Kitchen who is leading our worship this morning while Phil is leading worship at Castle Square. Phil will be leading our evening worship which will include communion.
All are invited to join us for tea or coffee, which will be served in the hall following the morning service, when hand- made cards will also be on sale. We encourage you to join in this time of informal fellowship.
Don’t forget that the copper pot is on the table! Put your ‘coppers’ in there and they will be used by local charities.

Church Family and Pastoral News
We include this in the newssheet to inform our prayers.
- We sadly report that Clifford, who attends evening service and our Film & Chat sessions passed away suddenly on Wednesday. We keep Janet and the family in our prayers at this sad time.
- We also heard last week that Norman Cornish, a member of the former St David’s PCW has died.
- We remember those who are unable to worship with us because of illness and those who are in hospital, we especially ask your prayers for Anita.
- We think of all who will be receiving treatment or having tests in hospital this week.
- There are several people who are unable to worship with us because of illness or family responsibilities. A phone call or visit would let them know they are not forgotten!
- Those who are sharing their ministry with friends elsewhere: Iestyn at Merthyr Vale this evening.
Message from Anne. Thankyou so much for your cards, flowers, phone calls, visits and prayers. They have meant a lot to us. Thanks also to those who attended the funeral, we were overwhelmed. Anne, Melissa, Mark and Family.

It is also an opportunity for us to mingle over refreshments and get to know some of the new students.
The preacher at this service will be our Associate Chaplain, the Rev Michelle Romaniw.
