18 October 2015
We extend a warm welcome to everyone who joins us for worship today, especially if you are a visitor or worshipping with us for the first time.
Our minister is leading our service this morning as we continue our ‘Voices’ project. The theme this morning is ‘Open Arms – God’s Extravagant Welcome’ . We will celebrate the Lord’s supper during the service.
This evening’s service with the theme ‘Speak up for tomorrow’ will be led by Dr Fiona Liddell.
There will be a short break following the morning service before we reconvene for the Church meeting.
Tea and coffee will be served after this morning’s service, and those who are staying for the church meeting are invited to take theirs back into the church.

Church Family News
We include this in the newsheet to inform our prayers during the week.
This week, we remember Russell who, at the time of writing was being taken to A&E having had a fall, and David who has been in hospital for treatment, along with Haydn who is improving. Also please remember to pray for those who add to the services in church: all involved in music, the readers, the flower arrangers, those who prepare and serve communion, Junior Church staff, those who give a welcome at the door, the coffee makers and those who ensure the building is clean.

There will also be items based on the written responses the children have made during the creative writing sessions.
This is a FREE concert open to all members and friends and we would love to show our support for the schools in ensuring a good attendance.
We would appreciate a few volunteers to act as stewards upstairs as we anticipate there will be a good response from the schools involved. Please see Pam if you can help.”
