Diolch!
Just wanted to say a huge thanks for all who supported me on the Cardiff half marathon last Sunday. Though a little stiff since, Iestyn and I had a great time pounding (or hobbling along!) the streets of Cardiff and we came in at 1:49:31 and 1:44:37 respectively. Through this, I raised £225 for Adref so cheers for the support and now let’s all get behind Iestyn, who hopes to raise £2000+ for Macmillan Cancer Care in next year’s London Marathon. The real training begins now! Rev. Phil
We are sorry to report that Tony Welpton, formerly our Synod Elder passed away on 6th October. We remember his wife Sue and the fellowship at Bethel, North Llanishen, at this sad time.
