We offer a warm welcome to everyone who joins us for worship this morning. We especially welcome Phil as he leads his first service as an ordained Minister, and ‘our’ Minister.
We are delighted that Phil has the support of his Family and friends at this morning’s service; you are most welcome.
Tea and coffee will be served in the hall following the morning service, please join us for this time of informal fellowship.
There will be NO service this Evening – We are having a break!
The Copper pot is on the table at the back of the church waiting for your ‘small’ change, which will benefit local charities.

Saturday Coffee Bar – REOPENS – 10.00-Noon.
Next Sunday Family worship at 10.45am will be led by Iestyn Henson
Evening worship, which will include communion will be led by our Minister.

Belated Congratulations to Olive on her excellent GCSE results.
As a new School and College term starts we think of those who are facing new challenges with new teachers, we especially remember Bethan as she starts on her Teacher Training course.
We remember those of our fellowship who have been unwell, especially Chris and Sharon, and those coping with debilitating illnesses.

Friday 12 September PONT Biannual Conference
The conference is being held at the University of South Wales – room GT 7119, Aneurin Bevan Building at the Glyntaff Campus from 4.30pm -9pm.
The Keynote speaker will be Owen Smith MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Wales. Come when you can and leave if you must!
Thursday 18 September A Concert
We are putting on a Concert to raise funds. The Sing for Life Choir with soloists – the concert will be held in the Church starting at 7.30.
More details and tickets will be available next week.
To ALL who helped with the preparations for Phil’s Ordination yesterday.
We did it! It was a fantastic day and we can now relax – job done!
The ’Muni’ needs you!
There is an ‘Open Consultation Day’ at the Muni on September 10th from 3pm – 8pm, we are invited to go along and say what we would like to see happening in the Muni.
