22 December 2013
We welcome all who join us for worship this morning, the fourth Sunday in Advent. If you are a visitor or worshipping with us for the first time you are especially welcome.
The Junior Church are helping us and the theme for this ‘Nativity’ service is ‘Do not be afraid’.
This evening we will be joined by members from St Catherine’s, Temple and Elim, when we will consider the various outreach things that Pontypridd Churches are doing in words and in carols.
Handmade Christmas cards will be on sale after this morning’s service, and refreshments will be served following the both services.
As always the Copper pot is on the table waiting for your coppers, which will eventually benefit local charities

Church Family News
At this festive season we remember: Chris who is in the Intensive Therapy Unit at the Royal: those who are unable to celebrate Christmas with us because of illness or frailty: those that do not realise that it is a time of celebration and others who are concerned about future hospital appointments. We pray for them and all who care for them.

Thought for the Week
The message of the Christmas tree, is that life is “ever green” if one gives: not so much material things, but of oneself: in friendship and sincere affection, and fraternal help and forgiveness, in shared time and reciprocal listening.
A Happy Christmas Everyone
