8 January 2017
This morning we are pleased to welcome Rev Gethin Rhys who is leading our worship while Phil is at Castle Square.
Gethin, is no stranger to us and we look forward to sharing fellowship with him.
If you are a visitor or worshipping with us for the first time you are especially welcome and we invite to join us for tea or coffee in the hall after the service when the monthly Traidcraft stall will be open.
This afternoon at 4pm Phil will introduce the first ‘Film and Chat’ of 2017. The film released in 2003 is an American high-concept comedy (cert 12)
Please remember the Copper Pot, and put your loose change in it before you leave and it will be used to benefit local charities.

Church Family and Pastoral News
Russell has had a brief spell in hospital after a fall, he is badly bruised but is back at Greenhill Manor, Caroline is still in ITU, Marilyn Young continues to improve, Chris is looking forward to being able to drive again. We remember them all in our prayers and also Margaret Morris and family following the death of her father on Christmas Eve.
Thanks! Loreen says “Thank you everyone who sent me cards and messages of support since Ken died, they were much appreciated and it was a great help to know that so many people cared”.
Diolch yn fawr!
A huge thanks for all the well wishing, cards and gifts that I received over the Christmas period – I was really touched. If I haven’t said thanks in person or have forgotten who got me what in the advent haze, please be forgiving, feel free to remind me and know that all the messages, support and treats were all hugely appreciated. Phil
