We offer a warm welcome, to everyone who joins us for worship today, especially if you are a visitor or worshipping with us for the first time.
As Phil is at Greenbelt this morning’s service is being led by the National Assembly Policy Officer for Cytun, better known to us as Rev Gethin Rhys. Gethin is no stranger to us and we welcome him back to our church.
This evening’s service is a Uniting Churches Service, when we will join friends from Cowbridge Free church, ChristChurch United Church, Llanedeyrn at Canton Uniting Church, Cardiff, when the service will be led by Rev Alison Dummer
Tea and coffee will be served in the hall following the morning service, please join us for this time of informal fellowship.
Our Copper pot is on the table at the back of the church waiting for your ‘small’ change, which will benefit local charities.

Pudding Parties
Like chatting? Like food? Like nosing around a minister’s house?! Well, here’s your opportunity to do all three as everyone is cordially invited to the manse for a pudding party this autumn! Inspired by the ‘Bake Off’, between September and Christmas, everyone will be welcomed round for an evening of chatting and cheesecake. All you are asked to do is to bring round your favourite dessert to share and an item to show which tells us something about you (it could be a photograph, favourite book, childhood toy, holiday souvenir or something completely different) and we’ll get to know each other a little better…whilst eating! The evenings will take place at the manse (47 Whiterock Avenue) 7:30 – 9:30pm on the following days:
September 16 September 28 October 7 November 11 November 30 December 7
So then…ready, steady, bake (or buy from the shops!).
Please sign the list on the table.
