24th September 2023
We welcome you all to our services today, especially if you are worshipping with us for the first time.
This morning’s service is being led by Iestyn Henson, who is a member of our fellowship and frequently leads our worship.
Today Iestyn will continue a series of sermons covering all the different elements of our morning worship; the first was in the spring and featured Notices & News, the second, in August, was Hymns, Music & Poetry and today we have Prayers, there will be others in the future!
Our service this Morning includes the celebration of Communion and the Induction of two returning elders, Bethan Walkling and Catherine Naamani. All are welcome to share in the bread and wine.
We invite you to gather in the hall following the service for a time of informal fellowship when you will have the opportunity to chat with friends and purchase Handmade cards. All proceeds go to church funds.

Church Family and Pastoral News
We include this in the newsletter to inform our prayers during the week.
- We think of Terry who had day surgery last Tuesday; in at 11am and finally discharged at 10pm. he’s doing quite well, in some pain but recovering slowly.
- Dorothy had a slight setback and has appointment on Tuesday, hopefully this time all will be OK!
- We continue to hold Renda in our prayers as her family continue to find somewhere safe to live.
- There are still some people waiting for the results of X-rays and tests, we hope the results are good.
- We are aware of several people who are struggling with poor health, we keep them in our prayers.
Birthdays…..
We know of three people who have birthdays this week: Marlene McCloy on Monday 25th, Sharon on Tuesday 26th and Lesley on Thursday 28th. We extend our good wishes to you and trust you will celebrate.
